Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Assistant Professor / Assistant Director: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks.
- Accounts Officer: Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounts OR MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA.
- Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with Diploma/Certificate in Translation or experience.
- Junior Accountant: 12th Class pass with Commerce/Accounts/Bookkeeping as a subject AND typing speed of 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi).
- Junior Assistant: 12th Class pass from any recognized board AND typing speed of 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi).
Age Limit (As of Dec 22, 2025)
- Group A (Assistant Secretary/Accounts Officer): Max 35 Years
- Group A (Assistant Professor/Director): Max 30 Years
- Group B (Superintendent/JTO): Max 30 Years
- Group C (Junior Accountant/Junior Assistant): Max 27 Years
